Items will be shipped via the method you selected on the website during your checkout process. If we cannot ship via this method, we will contact you before choosing an alternative method. For special shipping not, please call or email for more information.
Please review our return policy prior to returning any merchandise. Returning any merchandise means that you understand and accept our return policy. We want you to be happy and ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, email us to arrange an exchange or return within 10 days of first delivery attempt. No returns will be accepted without authorization from us, and they may be subjected to a restocking fee. You will be responsible for paying all shipping costs this includes but is not limited to freight, packaging, insurance, delivery and signature confirmations on all items returned through no fault of our company. If returned items are damaged or broken, when received by our company no credit will be given unless the customer notifies us at the same time the return of merchandise is requested. Once the request has been issued, the returned items must be shipped or postmarked within 5 days. All returned items must be in original packaging.
Refused, carrier returned, or unclaimed shipments will NOT receive a refund of any monies paid. If an order is refused, unclaimed, or returned the carrier will return said package to us. We will hold said package up to 5 business days and will only re-ship the package to customer again, after receiving a payment for reshipping and a 10% of the reshipment cost) handling fee. After we have held shipment for 5 days with no response from the customer, the customer waives all rights to the package and the monies paid to us.
